Wormwood - Could this be the bitter truth of 2012 prophecy

What is the Wormwood Prophecy?

Rev. 8:10-11: The third angel sounded his trumpet,
and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the
rivers and on the springs of water-- the name of the star is Wormwood. A third
of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had
become bitter.

"This wine is as bitter as wormwood", would have been a saying heard in ancient societies. Wormwood is a generic of the genus Artemesia. There are several varieties of wormwood such as Sea Wormwood, Common Wormwood, and Roman Wormwood and it has been used for rituals of incantation, for medicinal purposes, as a pesticide, and as a spice in the kitchen.

Where wormwood grows very little else will. This is a truth in the natural environment but it is also evident in daily, contemporary human intercourse. Bitterness is not an attractive quality in anything.

But more relevent to the date of December 21, 2012 and the many schools of prophecy predicting one event or another as being on the horizon, Wormwood generally is used in reference to a physical piece of cosmic matter influencing the nature of life on planet Earth. Or as i like to call it; D'earth.

Where and what is this piece of space debris ? Does it even exist and why would today or the near future put humanity at risk if it does exist ?

Almost anyone with an imagination can make up stories and some story tellers become so passionate about the subject matter that they conjure up that they may be able to convince themselves that there is truth to there stories. The mythical then becomes a reality in their minds. Once being convinced themselves of these truths they then sell the packaged story to others who in turn choose to believe or not believe.

But is every story tellers version of a story of a piece of space debris flying through the cosmos at this very moment a myth or are there some story tellers who have facts and evidence to back up their story ?

Let's look at a real account first and then a mythical or predictive account of stories built on the theme of cosmic influence on planet D'Earth. Sorry, it most be the Wormwood spice called Tarragon that i just tasted having it's bitter effect on me. The word is Earth.

Comets - fact

D'Jupiter was recently bombardment by a fragmented comet. This didn't directly effect the Earth physically but there are theories that suggest that the waves of these massive explosions, like those of a tsunami, would have travelled through space and made their mark on our natural process. The Jupiter event was classified as Shoemaker/ Levy 9 according to it's discover. A comet the size of this travelling through space at a speed of 130, 000 miles per hour would cause a series of shocks, a series of apocalyptic proportion events, that would leave the earth in a condition similar to how it would have been like in the age that saw the extinction of the dinosaurs - 65 million years ago.

When an asteroid enters earth's atmosphere there are two occurrences of extreme shock. The first occurs as the asteroid enters the atmosphere. The second, more important one, occurs when the ejecta plume (the ejected debris caused by an impact) enters the atmosphere (Zahnle, 1990). This shock causes the breakdown of the oxygen (O2) and the nitrogen (N2) molecules found in our atmosphere. Through a series of chemical reactions the dissociation of the nitrogen and oxygen forms NO which is then converted into NO2. These two molecules can produce acid rain (HNO3) (Prinn and Fegley, 1987). In 1987 Prinn and Fegley determined the atmospheric consequences of a "large" comet impact versus a "small" comet impact. They assumed the "large" impact comet had a mass of 1.25 x 1016 Kg traveling at a velocity of 65 Km/s. As for the "small" impact asteroid, they assumed it had a mass of 5 x 1014 Kg traveling at a velocity of 20 Km/s. It is important to note that these two objects are possible bolides that hit the earth 65 million years ago.

Conclusions of the Large Impact Scenario

If the comet scenario occurred, 7 x 1040 molecules of NO would have been produced and subsequently converted into acid rain. (See chemical reactions) This would have caused a global dispersal of acid rain with a pH of 0-1.5. On the continents the acid rain would have weathered the soil removing many of the insoluble elements ( for e.g. Be+2, Al+3, Hg+2, Cu+, Fe+2, Fe+3, Ti+3, Pb+2, Cd+2, Mn+2, Sr+2). These elements would end up in soil water, streams, rivers, lakes, etc., causing a problem as some of these elements are known for their toxicity towards plants and animals (e.g. Al, Be, Ti, Hg). As for the oceans, the global acid rain would lower the pH of the mixed layer (the top 75 M of the ocean) to a pH of 7.8, breaking down the calcareous shells of organisms that thrive in the mixing zone.

Conclusions of the Small Impact Scenario

If the "small" asteroid scenario were to occur, the amount of acid rain produced would be similar to the "large" comet scenario but only near the impact site. The global pH change would be rather insignificant.

Nibiru - myth/fact?

It seems everyone is a prophet nowadays.
Making a film about the end of times as we know them is not that difficult if you are creative. Selling the story of a planetary system that is a based on two suns, the one we know and see every clear day as a bright and magnificent warmth radiating sphere in the sky, and the brown dwark star that only makes it's visible presence known to humans for a period every several thousand years.
The story of Nibiru, may also be the story of Wormwood. If the link to the following film is still active then you see what one storyteller wants you to believe. The final judgement is really up to the individual.

Could we see two suns?

The only thing real about Wormwood is this. No one will be able to deny it's existence on the day it decides to appear on stage, if it ever does.

I don't usually date my posts because i hope that a reader can come back to this blog in several years and find information that is still valid, timeless.
The subject of this post however will require a reference point for any future reader.
That is of course highly dependent on whether or not there will be a technological system for the reader to access this information. Secondly and more importantly the reader will have to survive the apocalyptic prophecies that the subject of this post is begging you to believe as a warning of the end time.

Who is my subject ?

Irvin Baxter is CEO of Endtime Ministries.

Irvin Baxter Jr. is the editor of the most widely circulated prophecy magazine in the world, hosts the daily radio broadcast, Politics and Religion, and is the author of several prophecy books and Bible studies. He founded Endtime, a non-profit corporation.

In a 2006 show entitled End Times and Biblical Prophecy Irvin Baxter discusses his predictions and understanding of some of the prophecies revealed in the Christian Sacred text bestseller book called the Bible. The Bible, of course most people know, is a selection of sacred books selected by the high priests of early Christianity to represent the Holy Word of God as the Christians know him to be. The last book in the Bible is the Book of Revelation.
From this book, the reader learns about seven seals, or codes, that are to be broken in time to come. These seals will reveal all types of calamities, and a final battle called Armegeddon, which will be followed by the return of the Messiah (according to Christian Doctrine).
Irvin Baxter, in this first C2C-AM interview says that we are 2 to 8 years from that time.

Is Irvin Baxter a Prophet ?

Not in my opinion or understanding of the word Prophet. The Bible prophecies were written by the true Prophets (according to Christianity). Irvin Baxter is a predictor who uses the words of the Prophets of the Bible to predict future events. The formula that he uses for calculation is the word of the Prophets.

The fundamental difference between a Prophet and a person who predicts is that the Prophet gets his information from the source which is God, Oneness, the Cosmic collective, that source that we forgot what it is and have been fighting wars to get it back, and therefore can never(never) be wrong while the person of prediction is fallible.

Score one for Irvin Baxter and all others who try to interpret the Prophets timeline.

The very book that the interpreters of the End Times take their values from as a big warning in regards to men who take themselves to seriously in the accuracy of their predictions.

"There will be many false Prophets in the days preceding my coming".

"The day and hour cannot be for certain but there will be many signs and warnings ...."

The prediction of the exact time has given rise to many false prophets in the ages since the Bible Prophecies were documented by the original "spirit guided prophets".

Of course someday, somewhere, someone will get the timing right. The prophets are never wrong.

Unfortunately when that time comes it will be too late. When the right time presents itself there will only be a chance in a million that anyone will be reading this. Billions will have perished in the blinking of an eye. Many will have regained the spiritual enlightenment or the tools that the ancients lived with has a paradigm. Did i say paradigm, i meant paradise. Those who haven't will perish in the fires of their own self disgust.
This is also my understanding of the Rapture, another Bible prophecy often misinterpreted by some self righteous holy-er than thou preachers who think their stuff don't smell.
In my understanding, the rapture is a deliverance, a time when the conscious is elevated into another dimension, the cosmic collective perhaps. Those who receive this spirit before the trials of the great tribulation will be alive just like they are now but they will be protected from the evils of those who refuse to uphold the truth of the spiritual paradigm.

This is in line with the beliefs of the Natives. The ancients new the meaning of walking in spirit. That meaning was repressed through condemnation, through the seperation of science and religion, and through other means.

There are many people like Irvin Baxter on the planet today. He may not be far removed from the truth. Time will tell. But to me, people like him are dangerous. I include Jack Van Impe and his wife Rexella amongst this group of people. I also include Ronald Weinland and many other corporate style preachers in this group.

The Bible may be pure sacred text written through the voice of oneness and channeled through a prophet but mere men going about swinging religious pitches for dollars is all a bit to close to corporate oligarchy for me.

Earthquakes in Prophecy

The world is a bitter place at times. If people aren't playing around with our better senses of being good humans then mother nature is shaking things up and stressing us out. Everyone is aware, by now, of the devastation caused by the string of earthquakes in China. It really is a sad situation. All those people suffering, going without the comforts that most humans enjoy each day. Today another earthquake pounded the southern coast of Iceland. Yes there really are people living in Iceland and this is not the first time they've been rocked by movement of tectonic plates. Even at 6.1 magnitude the Icelanders didn't suffer much in terms of property damage or loss of life.

Are Earthquakes really on the increase or does it just seem that way because of the amount and speed that the information of earthquake occurence reaches us ?

The mission of the National Earthquake Information Center -NEIC - is to determine and record the size and location of earthquakes as they occur and to pass this information on to the proper emergency teams worldwide. On the NEIC they keep recent records and historical data. From this data it is apparent that both the size and quantity of the seismic events has been increasing at an alarming rate.

Where are earthquakes found in Prophecy ?

This is a list of Prophecies most likely related to Earthquakes and or Volcanic activity that i am aware of.

• LUKE 21:7-28 : Teacher," they asked, "when will these things happen? And what will be the sign that they are about to take place?" He replied: "Watch out that you are not deceived. For many will come in my name, claiming, `I am he,' and, `The time is near.' Do not follow them. When you hear of wars and revolutions, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away." Then he said to them: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven. "But before all this, they will lay hands on you and persecute you. They will deliver you to synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. This will result in your being witnesses to them. But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. • REV 11:19: Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a great hailstorm.
• MARK 13:3-8: As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John and Andrew asked him privately, 4"Tell us, when will these things happen? • EZE 38:17-23: This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Are you not the one I spoke of in former days by my servants the prophets of Israel? This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign LORD. In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man's sword will be against his brother. I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. • ZECH 14:1-8: A day of the LORD is coming when your plunder will be divided among you. will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights in the day of battle. On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south. You will flee by my mountain valley, for it will extend to Azel. You will flee as you fled from the earthquakeA in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. • Jim Berkland on a coming Californian Earthquake - June 8, 2008 is the date or his prediction. Anyone can make a prediction but some seem to be too close for comfort too often for my comfort.

This is really something. Even in my neck of the woods, in Canada, the weather is behaving strangely. Where we are entering the Month of June and the flowers are blooming, i feel an eerie sense, a tingly spidy sense, that something strange is going to give soon. In fact we had a wicked frost yesterday. That's not completely out of the ordinary, but it certainly doesn't support a global warming theory.

I know what your thinking, global warming and climate change, are a long process which involves extreme weather. Maybe, i too, am developing that intuition that is said to be part of the magnificent ascension process of 2012. Who Knows?????

Ojibway - 7 Fires Prophecy

The Anishnabe or Ojibwa People are North American Natives. They are often referred to as Indians. The first explorers were looking for trade routes to India when they discovered the American continent and they thought these people who occupied the lands were Indians; the title has been used even since. The Ojibwa are but one tribe of Natives in America. Their history can be traced back as far as the stone age.
As tribal people they adapted to clan life and their culture revolved around a Chief who ruled the clan. This Chief was the law within the clan and each clan has a chief and council. The Ojibwa of today live on Reserved land which was allocated to them according to Treaty law after the European invasion of America. Within these reserves there continue to be chiefs but they have very little influence on politics outside of reserve boundaries. They have the same rights has all citizens to vie for a position within the political arena. The exact boundaries and treaty rights are always in dispute.
The Ancient Ojibwa seem to have taken root on the East Coast Shores along the Atlantic Ocean and along the many watersheds that flow inward into the wilderness of the American continent. Many generations have passed since the days of the first Ojibwa and although their exact lineage is difficult to pinpoint with accuracy there are several myths and archeological artifacts that point to a history of a great people. Several prophets came along since the first Objibwa clan formed.
From these Ojibwa prophets we get the prophecies of the Seven Fires. Each prophecy come from a different sage according to legend.

Seven Fires Prophecies

1. First Fire Prophecy: the Anishinabe nation will rise up and follow the sacred shell of Midewiwin lodge which will serve as a rallying point for the people and their traditions will provide a source of strength. The sacred Megis will lead the way to the chosen ground of the Anishnabe. The ground is a turtle shaped island that is linked to the purification of the earth. This island is at the beginning and end of the journey. They will recognize it for it's abundance of food which grows on water. If they do not move they will be destroyed.
2. Second Fire Prophecy: At the time of the Second Fire the nation will be camped by a great body of water. In this time the direction of the Sacred Shell will be lost. The Mediwiwin will diminish in strength. A boy will come to redirect the people in the form of their traditions. This boy will tell them what to expect of the future of the people.
3. Third Fire Prophecy : There will come a time when the Anishinabe will find the path to the land where food grows on water. This land lies in the west and there they must move to.
4. Fourth Fire Prophecy: A light skinned people will come. Some will come with a handshake and bring new knowledge and articles that, when joined to the knowledge and articles of our nation, will form a mighty nation. Others will be wearing armor and the face of death and suffering. Then two more nations will come and make it four combined to make a mightier nation.
5. Fifth Fire Prophecy: There will come a time of great struggle that will involve all Anishinabe. In this time the Anishinabe will encounter strangers promising joy and salvation. At this time their will be those who suffer for choosing to live by the traditional lifestyle of their forefathers. At this time many will abandon the old teachings and follow in the strangers footsteps. This struggle will last many generations and will nearly destroy the Anishnabe.
6. Sixth Fire Prophecy: In this time the Anishnabe will know they have been deceived. Many will have lost family, territory, and spirit. Many will have been turned against there tribespeople. The cup of life will have become the cup of grief.
7. Seventh Fire Prophecy: In this time a new people will emerge. The young Anishnabe will turn to the elders for direction to the traditional ways but many elders will have little to offer, having lost the spirit of those ways in the suffering of the past. The persistence of these eager youth in the meditative silence brought about through the drum beat will be rewarded as they come to hear the spirit of the forefathers in their heart. With the knowledge of the forefathers re-awakened they will once again be as they once were many moons before.

There was an Eight prophet who spoke of an Eternal fire.

There will come a time when more and more people will be reborn in the ways of the ancients and these rekindled spirits will once again flow in harmony with the the Eternal spirit of the grand father and of mother earth. This Eternal Fire is the Eight and final fire but not everyone will find healing through its' radiating warmth. Many will choose to follow in the ways that lead to chaos and wars and famines and spiritual death.

These are myths of course, but they may hold more truth than we dare to admit. The healing process of the Natives of America is a holistic approach based the elements of life. It's all about harmony and balance of Earth, Wind, Water, and Fire. Many rituals involved meditation and ceremonies to incant the spirit within and without.

The interpretation of these Ojibwa Prophecies is open for debate like all other prophetic work.

I like to think that the first six prophecies are all pointing to one picture. The seventh prophecy seems to evolve and include a rebirth of traditional ways. The Eight Prophet seems to me, to be the wisest as he tells of an Eternal Fire that is not bound by time or physical matter.

This of course is just my opinion.

The winter solstice of 2012 conjures up many prophetic tales of doom and gloom, spiritual ascension, or what not. Some might call it the Sorcerers Solstice as it announces the rebirth of the sun. The first phase of a new cycle which repeats itself every 13th moon. The worship of solstices is not new, the Egyptians and the MesoAmerican and several other ancient cultures built great monuments to praise the coming spirit of the light of the rays of the sun on that December morning.
In Ireland, in the United Kingdom, the megalithic NewGrange passage tomb is a shrine to the winter solstice.
Every year between the 19th and the 23rd of December a spectacular light show illuminates the interior of the NewGrange passage. This light show hosted by the suns rays is only 17 minutes in duration with a peek on December 21th.
Why is the Ireland Winter Solstice any different than those of any other ancient or modern culture?
The magic of Merlin the Magician, Seer to King Aurelius of Ambrosius, makes the Ireland site an esoteric treasure. The mystical magic of the NewGrange tombs was captured in the writings of Geoffrey MonMouth in the 12th century when he recalls a time when Merlin stole the Great Giants treasured ring and moved it to the neighbouring island kingdom of his king. The rings are now Stonehenge. The Wizard Merlin was able to accomplish this through his mastery of kinetic metaphysical knowledge.
OK, granted it is a farfetched story, one that brings out the child in me, wanting to turn the page and see where the story goes.
In a perfect world i would have a flight reserved for Ireland for the December 2012 Winter Solstice. To add to the mood i would bring along my MP3 or any instrument capable of receiving radio signals, just in case some strange solar flare energy disrupts the regular signals, so that i could listen to Georges Noory on Coast to Coast AM and his guests during those few weeks. Heck, i might even be lucky to pick up a few other alien frequencies while there. Hopefully these signals won't occur while i am meditating, with the use of my binaural beat tapes of course, and disrupt my path of enlightenment which i sense at this point(2012) will have me one session away from complete spiritual ascension, from being to being spiritual; my Spiritual Man Journey complete. Maybe the underground world of Michael Tsarions' Atlantean realm will open up through some strange series of events, somewhat on the same frequency as the Burmuda Triangle quantum timeshift proportion.

And maybe, i'll just stay home and watch another four hours of the Simpsons. Weather permitting of course, as i already lose my satelite signal when there is just a drizzle coming down.

Global Enlightenment By 2012 the Kalki Way

Ascension on a global scale is what kalki is talking about. Though it isn't a religious based concept, it does have a trace of Hinduism theology to it. The critical mass of the ascension mission of Kalki must be achieved by 2012.

Who is Kalki ?

He is the founder of a movement known as the Oneness University who's mission statement states in part that they will bring every human into the Golden Age. They themselves do not need to reach the entire human population directly. Their job is to work at enlightening 64000 souls. Having reached this number they believe that the natural phenomenon of critical mass will take over and that the rest of humanity will funnel into the tunnel at a quantum velocity and the entire human psyche will be elevated into this frequency. From this new paradigm or singularity, every human will be in the frequency of one.
The inititial 64000 will be reached through a transfer of divine energy known as Deeksha(diksha). This deeksha energy is transferred through the hands of a qualified diksha giver, a channel opens up between the two and cosmic energy binds the two as one.
This is similar to a process of downloading an existing program from one computer to another.
Is this for real?
Kiara Windrider has pondered deeply on that question and has termed the merits of the Golden Age Foundation and the Oneness university as Enlightenment 2012. Windrider explains his observation and comments on his understanding of these claims in a book called Enlightenment 2012 : Kalki and the Golden Age.
