Eidos - noun - in anthropology it is the distinctive expression of the cognitive or intellectual character of a culture or a social group.

Eidos - to the greek it referred to that which can be imitated, reproduced, repeated in its identity, or repeated as the same.

Holon - "Reality is not composed of things or processes, but of holons, which are wholes that are simultaneously parts. Holons display four fundamental capacities: agency or self-preservation; communion or self-adaptation; self-transcendence; self-dissolution. Holons emerge, and emerge holarchically. According to Ken Wilber, a contemporary philosopher, these tenets "operate throughout the great domain of evolution: the physiosphere, the biosphere, and the noosphere (the matter, life, and mind).


Eidolon - A derivative of Eidos meaning an astral double of living beings for example the peri-spirit or shade of a being.

Eidolon - The Phantom of the deceased or an image as seen on Greek pottery as humans with animal parts.

Eidolon - The ghost or apparition of an holon.

Uploading - “Uploading is the (so far hypothetical) process of transferring the mental structure and consciousness of a person to an external carrier, like a computer. 2012 Consciousness: Uploading Has Arrived



The Last Prophet is Eidolon. It's creator is...........

Here's my own version of the thing: the whole series of videos doesn't seem -designed to go viral, I think it went viral by accident. Think about it, it doesn't feature anything flashy or crazy, or even memorable things you can tell your friends about without having to go "you kinda need to see the whole series" (been there, trust me). Thinking of all the reasons why Eido is boring from a purely entertainment point of view, its kind of a miracle that it went viral at all. And then there's what suid said: Eido never sold anything, or advertised anything, as far as I can tell, this website ~costs~ money, but never ~made~ any. So why? Why all the effort? If there's only two choices: either it was entertainment, or it was real, the first one kinda flops on us.

So I tell to myself there must be a third choice. Heeh! ^^!!
